I have not heard much of the re-building news about Louisiana after the katrina devastation a while back but I was curious if anyone has been down there or has family who can relay some information back as to how development and moral is going in the south. As we are faced with another horrible natural disaster (quake in china) it makes me think back to other major disasters that have changed the lives of those involved. I am merely curious...thank you in advance.
