Cannibalism in small parties in the Czech Republic is becoming almost typical. The Civic Democratic Alliance (ODA), Freedom Union (US), the European Democrats (SNK); all these parties once had good hopes of becoming a smaller, but solid alternative to the Civic Democrats (ODS).
