Meridian Biosciences gains unit from Vybion

Biotechnology company Vybion Inc. said Wednesday it will sell its recombinant protein business to Meridian Biosciences Inc., which makes and markets diagnostic test kits primarily for respiratory, gastrointestinal, viral, and parasitic infectious diseases.
