Grand Jury Hears Homicide Evidence in Caylee Case

Casey Anthony, her attorney and her mother Cindy Anthony were all at the closed-door grand jury session. Twelve jurors will have to agree on whether or not there is enough evidence to charge her with manslaughter or murder. Also Tuesday morning, Anthony was scheduled to be arraigned on separate theft and fraud charges in an unrelated case involving a friend Anthony allegedly stole checks from for cash and purchases. She and her lawyer Jose Baez didn't plan to attend because of the grand jury hearing. Baez said late Monday that he expects his client to be "naturally nervous" at the grand jury session, MyFOXOrlando.com reported. i read some place that there may be a request for a change of venue. could they really think that theres a city or a town any where in the state of florida that hasnt seen this new coverage time and time again. we will never forget the footage of stolen white sunglasses(miss hollywood)&(she is enjoying this attention). the bad check purchases from target. also, the sound bytes of lie after lie......i work at universial, my sitter's name is zanada, jesse is the babys daddy, squirrls plastered to my car, that smell is pizza, its all true in a backwards sort of way and so on and so on. i really dont think a change of venue will help.
