Casey Anthony, her attorney and her mother Cindy Anthony were all at the closed-door grand jury session. Twelve jurors will have to agree on whether or not there is enough evidence to charge her with manslaughter or murder. Also Tuesday morning, Anthony was scheduled to be arraigned on separate theft and fraud charges in an unrelated case involving a friend Anthony allegedly stole checks from for cash and purchases. She and her lawyer Jose Baez didn't plan to attend because of the grand jury hearing.
