October 12th, 2008 by Dana Pico As I’ve noted previously, Jim Thorpe has missed on its Fall Foliage Festival for the past several years, with the trees still being mostly green. This year, someone wised up, and decided to have three Fall Foliage weekends, thinking that maybe they’ll actually catch the leaves changing this time, and having three chances to suck in tourist dollars rather than one. Well, armed with the older Miss Pico’s digital camera, I walked down to the tourist trap area, just to take pictures for your enjoyment. This is, after all, a full-service website.
