The 35-year-old former Lankan left-handed batsman and off-spinner, who played his good part in Chennai Superstars with an unbeaten 42 on Saturday night, said the authorities, who were trying to prevent ICL players from participating in other competitions in their own countries, are not justified in their actions as it will amount to infringement of an individual's right to play where and when he wants.
