In a report released by the USCIS, the US Citizenship and Immigration Service, has indicated that upwards of 1 in 5 (or 20%) of all H1B visas contain serious errors, such as faked addresses, fake degrees, and other structural errors indicating that employers are seriously violating the H1B visa program.
