By Fayaz Wani Srinagar, Oct 12: Two militants owing allegiance to Pakistan based militant group, Al-Badar Mujahideen were arrested by police in Kashmir on Sunday. A police spokesman said police received specific information about the presence of two Al-Badar militants near forests in the periphery of village Check Sanzipora, Handwara in North Kashmir on Sunday.
