We were a heck of a lot more attractive in "The Quick and the Dead."MovieWeb photo “Body of Lies” could’ve been one of those gag trailers at the beginning of “Tropic Thunder.” It looks like a joke: Two A-list celebs with icky dye jobs, phony-looking facial hair, colored contacts and extra pounds do impassioned capital A acting into cell phones. At no point did I forget that I was watching Russell Crowe and Leonardo DiCaprio. I don’t feel like anyone even tried to get me to forget. There were parts of “Body of Lies” I enjoyed – the ambition, the blessed lack of shaky camerawork, the behind-the-scenes personalities, the CIA office vs. field dynamic, the creative use of technology - but I don’t think it cared one way or the other what I thought.
