Travis Henry to appear in Montana federal court

He is expected to enter a plea to a three-count indictment charging him with conspiracy and possession with intent to distribute 5 kilograms or more of cocaine in the Billings area from March 2006 until September. Henry, 30, was arrested along with a co-defendant, James Mack, during an undercover drug deal on Sept. 30 in the Denver area. Mack, 29, is set to appear in Billings next Friday....
