McMurray wins pole for Nationwide race at Lowe's

By Sports Network - The Sports Network Jamie McMurray will start on the pole for Friday night's Dollar General 300 Nationwide Series race at the Lowe's Motor Speedway. The No.17 Roush Fenway Racing Ford driver grabbed the top starting spot with a qualifying time of 29.267 seconds (184.508 m.p.h.). McMurray recorded his second Nationwide pole of the season and the third of his career. "(Crew chief) Pierre Kuettel and all of these guys just did a great job on this car, and I really need to thank Doug Yates and everybody at Roush Fenway and at the engine shop; they've done a wonderful job," McMurray said.
