IBM opens Forbidden City: Beyond Space & Time US based tech giant IBM has announced the launch of Forbidden City: Beyond Space & Time. Forbidden City: Beyond Space & Time is the virtual version of the Forbidden City in China. IBM had been working with Chinese authorities since the last couple of years to develop this virtual version.
