OSHA Violations Not Expected to Have Impact On Rebuilding

An important part of that recovery has been submitting a claim to the insurance company for the funds to make rebuilding possible. Although the brewery is just weeks away from an answer from their insurer, recent reports about OSHA violations have added a dark cloud to the recovery process. OSHA inspected the brewery just days after the fire broke out. As a result of those inspections, the brewery faced a seven thousand dollar fine for several violations.
