At some point, most people experience acute lower back problems. Of one thing you can be certain, there is no magic exercise program that cures it, but there is hope. A good percentage of back pain is preventable. The complexity of the anatomical construction of the spine leaves little wonder that when not taken care of things can get out of whack. Naturally, I have some tips and techniques to share that will help put your back pain behind you. (Get it, behind you) Strengthen your Lower Abs- Most people with bad backs have weak lower abdominal muscles. Modified Crunch- Lie on your back with knees bent and your hands on your thighs.
