Delhi cops ban candle processions

NEW DELHI: Reiterating that carrying procession where candle or flames are used, the Delhi Police re-issued their order banning procession of such types in the National Capital Region (NCR). The order, re-issued after every 60th day by the Police Commissioner said "carrying of torch, carrying live flames or live fire candles or live fire in any form in processions, rallies and functions in the Capital, is prohibited.
