Friday October 10, 4:38 pm ET NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Trustees of Lehman Brothers First Trust Income Opportunity Fund (NYSE: LBC - News ) has declared monthly distributions of $0.11 per share for the dates below.
