Rogleio Garcia and Fernando Torres were joint owners of El Sol, with Garcia running the restaurant. In mid-July, Garcia decided to retire, and Torres became the sole owner. The restaurant is currently open from 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., Monday-Saturday; and it also delivers breakfasts, lunches and dinners to the Peri and Snyder farm workers.
