Storm delays flights, power crews busy

Inclement weather interrupted a handful of flights scheduled to take off from Billings Logan International Airport this morning. At least two flights were canceled altogether, and two more were delayed. "We’re just having a few short-to-moderate delays on account of the weather," said United Airlines spokesman Jeff Kovick.
