McCain 'blew up' the bailout package?

MCCAIN 'BLEW UP' THE BAILOUT PACKAGE?.... It's hard to imagine the McCain campaign's response to the financial crisis being any less coherent, but today, they found a way. On a campaign conference call this afternoon, Dick Davis, McCain's campaign manager, said McCain deliberately "blew up" the original bailout package in order to keep ACORN from receiving federal funding.
