Dow bounces as G7 gathers

A New York trader Friday morning watched the Dow go down, up and down again. President Bush tried to reassure markets Friday that a $700 billion bailout for Wall Street will work. Finance ministers from the G7 bloc of leading economies are in Washington for an emergency meeting.
