By KRYSTEL ROLLE, Guardian Staff Reporter Two men, one of whom was shot by police during a stand-off, were arraigned yesterday in connection with last month's abduction of a 23-year-old man and rape of his 19-year-old girlfriend. The victims were kidnapped at gunpoint while in the Elizabeth Avenue area on September 21, according to police reports. Renaldo Bastian, 18, of Deans Street and Ricardo Knowles, 20, of Butler Street, were brought up on charges stemming from that incident and a separate but similar incident which allegedly took place about two weeks prior and involved the rape of a juvenile girl.
