Residents can comment on city's walking plan

SAN DIEGO: The city will host a workshop tomorrow to get residents'input on a master plan to encourage more San Diego residents to walk rather than drive to their destinations. The current phase focuses on seven communities: Barrio Logan, City Heights, Golden Hill, Normal Heights, North Park, Southeastern San Diego and Uptown. The first phase ended two years ago. Future work will focus on other areas.
