The driver, Cole Satran, 21, of Belfair was arrested after Thursday's fatal accident when a possible pipe bomb was found in his pickup. He was booked into Kitsap County jail on suspicion of possessing an explosive device. The accident, which involved five vehicles and killed 42-year-old Thomas Gamblin of Belfair, blocked Highway 3 between Bremerton and Mason County nearly all day Thursday - from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Crimninal records obtained by KOMO News show Satran has a criminal history dating back to 2005.
