Tech Stocks: Tech stocks add to broad losses in afternoon

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Few bright lights emerged Friday as the sector settled in for what appeared to be another day of deep losses amid reports of new efforts by the U.S. government to put the brakes on the worldwide credit crisis.
