Serie A Round Up: Stankovic staying with Inter

Reports linking Internazionale midfielder Dejan Stankovic with a move to Juventus have been rubbished by the player's agent. The Serbia winger was linked with a move to the Turin club during the last transfer window, but agent Vinicio Fioranelli claims his client is happy at the San Siro. "I have not had any contact from Juventus and I don't think Inter has either," revealed Fioranelli. "We have never even considered a possible transfer for the player as he has always wanted to stay at Inter. "Stankovic is happy at Inter, his coach admires him and he doesn't want to leave. All the hype during the transfer window was down to the papers."
