(CBC) After 26 years on CBC Radio, broadcaster Neil Gillon signed off for the last time Friday morning as co-host of the morning show Daybreak South. Readily identified by his smooth voice, calm demeanour, and wit, Gillon was honoured by listeners and co-workers during a special retirement broadcast from the Roasted Bean Coffee Shop in Kelowna.
