A bucket list — or a list of things you want to do in your lifetime — was brought to the forefront by the 2007 movie The Bucket List, directed by Rob Reiner and featuring actors Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman. The movie centers around two terminally ill men who flee their cancer ward to fulfill their wish list. Although it seems a bit macabre at first, the movie is actually quite funny. Walking down the hall at Stone Elementary the other day, I noticed a wall of posters with the title "My Bucket List." Each poster featured a picture and/or writing about things the student hopes to do or accomplish in his or her lifetime.
