The Courier-Journal • October 10, 2008 The 14th Annual Belknap Fall Festival in the Highlands runs from 6 to 10 p.m. today and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. tomorrow at the Douglass Loop, at Douglass Boulevard and Bardstown Road. The event is part of the Week in the Highlands 2008 celebration. The festival will feature 58 juried artists from Indiana and Kentucky selling jewelry, oil paintings, lithographs, glassworks, metal sculpture, photography and other items. Awards will be given to six top artists at 1 p.m. Saturday.
