Kyrgyz President Kurmanbek Bakiev, Moldavian President Vladimir Voronin and Chairperson of the CIS Executive Committee Sergey Lebedev made statements for media after the end of the session of the Council of the Heads of States of the CIS, which took place on Friday, 10 October, in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. Kyrgyz leader Barkiev said that the agenda of the meeting was saturated and the CIS leaders considered and signed over 19 documents on wide range of cooperation issues. Bakiev said that one of the key issues in the agenda was a draft Strategy of Economic Development of the CIS till 2020.
