MacDonald’s letter regarding bus safety (Courier 30.9.08), I wish to highlight a problem that we have been suffering in Inshes Wood for some time with the buses. advertising They frequently drive far too fast with no regard whatsoever of other road users or indeed pedestrians (many of which are children). Often, when I am driving up Birchwood Road approaching the corner (driving very slowly in anticipation of a bus bearing down on me when I round the corner), I am just about put off the road by one of these buses. Even when they come round the corner and see me on the other side, they make no attempt whatsoever to pull over or slow down.
