LOS ANGELES (Menafn - MarketWatch) -- Sen. Barack Obama has taken the unusual step of buying a half-hour of prime time on CBS, sources said late Thursday. A source close to the situation said Obama would air a special Wednesday, Oct. 29, at 8 p.m. on the network, a unit of Viacom Inc. VIA. Obama spokesman Tommy Vietor would neither confirm nor deny the story. "I don't know that we are commenting at all on those reports," he said. "But I will let you know."
