KLEPIERRE: Jaude Shopping Center Inaugurates Its RenewalCLERMONT-FERRAND, FranceKLEPIERRE Regulatory News: Located in the heart of the capital of France's Auvergne region, the Jaude Shopping Center, developed and managed by Ségécé, is set to unveil its new façade and inaugurate its 5 new retailers. Klépierre (Paris:LI), a listed real estate investment firm and the parent company of Ségécé, is the primary owner of the shopping center. The Jaude shopping center had not changed much since it was first opened by Ségécé in 1980. The interior had undergone a renovation in 1990, and the FNAC store was extended in 2002. Redevco, which owns the C&A and Nature&Découvertes retail outlets in the Jaude center, and the City of Clermont-Ferrand also participated in this recent renewal project.
