Published Date: 10 October 2008 EUROPEAN Tour rookie Pablo Larrazabal admits he is still pinching himself after a dream summer, which could improve even further with victory at the Madrid Masters this week. The 25-year-old Spaniard shot an opening round three-under-par 68 to be one shot off a lead held by Magnus Carlsson and Paul Broadhurst, and is an early contender for his second Tour win of the season. In June, Larrazabal held off the challenges o f seasoned professionals Lee Westwood and Colin Montgomerie to clinch the French Open, which gave him exemption to The Open and the PGA Championship.
