Posted to the web 10 October 2008 Al-Mahdi Ssenkabirwa and Robert Mwanje Kampala Kabaka of Buganda Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II has summoned the kingdom parliament (Lukiiko) to a special session on October 27 to take on pressing issues particularly the standoff with Buluuli. Mengo Information Minister Charles Peter Mayiga said yesterday that top on the agenda of the Lukiiko would be the Tuesday incident in which Kabaka was blocked from visiting Nakasongola as part of the kingdom's Independence Day celebrations. "A special Lukiiko has been called and top on the agenda will be the issue of blocking our Kabaka from visiting his subjects in Nakasongola," Mr Mayiga said on telephone yesterday.
