IBM Offers Report on Consumer Shopping Preferences

IBM announced the findings from a survey of nearly 4,300 U.S. and UK consumers that revealed insights into consumer behaviors, preferences and expectations around how they shop, and how they make purchasing decisions across multiple retail channels including in-store, Web, mobile and catalog. The study, titled "Understanding Consumer Patterns and Preferences in Multi-Channel Retailing," examines factors retailers need to consider when evaluating multi-channel initiatives.
