KPA to Sell Uncollected Vehicles at Mombasa

Posted to the web 10 October 2008 Mikaili Sseppuya Kampala OVER 300 vehicles destined for Uganda, Rwanda, Sudan, Burundi and the DR Congo abandoned at Mombasa Port will be auctioned as scrap, the Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) has said. These are some of the 600 vehicles that have remained uncollected at the port for over eight years, William Mtengo, the KPA representative in Uganda, said.
