BY MIKE BRUDENELL • FREE PRESS COLUMNIST • October 10, 2008 Toledo Speedway -- the half-mile beast less than an hour's drive from Detroit -- will host several NASCAR Sprint Cup drivers this weekend, including Roush Fenway Racing's David Ragan and the flamboyant Scott Speed. Ragan, who finished third at Talladega last weekend, and Speed will compete Sunday in the season-ending ARCA Re/Max Series race, which promises hard, fast and close racing. Ragan will be in Cup action at Charlotte on Saturday evening starting in the 13th position, then fly to Toledo on Sunday morning. He will have to start at the rear of the field in the Hantz Group 200 along with Cup veteran Ken Schrader, a regular at Toledo over the years.
