Young waits and hopes

David Young and his men will be looking to get their European charge off to the perfect start against Calvisano. And, with daunting trips to Gloucester and Biarritz to follow, a bonus-point victory has to be their realistic target. But, as he looked ahead to the must-win clash, Young was awaiting news on a number of knocks and strains picked up by his squad in the past week. Ben Blair (calf), Jamie Robinson (quad), Ceri Sweeney (groin) and Maama Molitika (ankle) will all have late fitness tests before a 22-man squad is announced for the game.
