He was at a Mobil station, and fueling while chatting on a mobile is verboten. It was July 2, the day after NHL free agency began, so Holland decided he'd better sneak away from the hose and risk the wrath of the station attendant. He stood behind a pump, talking into his cell phone like a teenager sneaking a smoke.
