We have become accustomed to the success. It's extraordinary, really. We assume that in less than 10 days we will be watching the Red Sox saturate another clubhouse with champagne. We expect to see them dancing on the field, slapping palms with gleeful fans, and lighting up victory cigars as they impishly roll into another World Series.
