Fujitsu Asia Unveils fi-6670 and fi-6770 Colour A3 Production Scanners

Fujitsu Asia has unveiled the fi-6670 and fi-6770 colour A3 production scanners for the ASEAN markets. The fi-6770 supports an Automated Document Feeder (ADF) as well as flatbed scanning while the fi-6670 offers standalone ADF functionality. Among commercially available low-volume production scanners, the fi-6770 is faster and more cost-effective than its counterparts while the fi-6670 ranks as the fastest in its class. This range of scanners has been improved with excellent dust proofing and is designed to operate effectively in highly polluted conditions. Scanning speed has been improved to 180 images per minute (ipm) at an input resolution of 200 dots per inch (dpi) for colour documents, compared to 128ipm at 200dpi previously for older models.
