By Aaron Sadler THE MORNING NEWS WASHINGTON -- With the in-state political landscape unusually quiet this fall, Sen. Blanche Lincoln is campaigning for two out-of-state Democratic candidates. But she is the only Arkansas lawmaker hitting the road to help. Lincoln will campaign on behalf of Senate contenders Mark Warner of Virginia and Andrew Rice of Oklahoma in the run-up to the Nov. 4 election. Others in the delegation have no plans to campaign for other congressional candidates, even though they don't have much campaigning to do at home. Sen. Mark Pryor, D-Ark., and 2nd District Rep. Vic Snyder, D-Little Rock, 4th District Rep. Mike Ross, D-Prescott, and 3rd District Rep. John Boozman, R-Rogers, are expected to coast to victories over Green Party opponents. First District Rep.
