By JOHN GEROME AP Entertainment Writer NASHVILLE September 10, 2008 (AP) Kenny Chesney, the Country Music Association's reigning entertainer of the year, dominated the CMA Award nominations on Wednesday with seven, including album of the year. Taylor Swift, Rascal Flatts announce nods for the 42nd Country Music Awards. Chesney was also nominated for entertainer of the year again, a category he has won for the past two years. Kenny Chesney will perform live in a special "Good Morning America" concert at the Hard Rock Cafe in Manhattan on Tuesday, Oct. 14.
