Man acquitted in 7-month-old daughter's death

BY DAN ROZEK Staff Reporter/drozek@suntimes.com A Bolingbrook man accused of beating to death his 7-month-old daughter hugged his attorneys and praised God after he was acquitted Thursday of murder charges. "Thank God and my lawyers," Locksley Creary said as he left the Wheaton courtroom after his acquittal in the 2004 death of Ariana Creary. Following an 8-day trial, DuPage County Judge George Bakalis found the 30-year-old Creary not guilty, saying prosecutors failed to prove Creary caused his daughter’s death....
