a description. A search, which was assisted by the East Windsor Police Department, found a boy matching that description at the 7-Eleven on Dutch Neck Road. Police said the boy had a watch and three sodas in his possession and after being taken into custody he confessed to two burglaries from the 300 block of Morrison Avenue. All items taken in those burglaries were recovered and returned to the victims, police reported. The boy was released to his parents. William Oese, 20, of Kendall Park, was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated, use of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a CDS with intent to distribute, and numerous related charges.
