Premier says Sask. would challenge Tory pledge to restrict bitumen exports

THE CANADIAN PRESS The Prince Albert Daily Herald REGINA - Saskatchewan's premier says his province won't sit by if Prime Minister Stephen Harper follows through on an election promise to restrict the export of bitumen. Harper has pledged to prohibit the export of the heavy oil to countries that have weak environmental regulations.
