Wallabies committed

Wallabies coach Robbie Deans has promised his men will take a more committed approach into the upcoming six-match spring tour than some of their predecessors. Australia has enjoyed mixed results on recent end-of-season tours - most notably the disastrous 2005 trip which resulted in the demise of former mentor Eddie Jones. But Deans, who has spent the last two weeks fine tuning his players ahead of Tests against New Zealand, Italy, England, France, Wales, is confident his players will approach the gruelling schedule with a renewed sense of purpose. "We're conscious of the history (but) I'm confident that this group will present themselves well in terms of their enthusiasm and that'll be the first requirement," Deans said.
