LOUDOUN, VA-Merritt Properties is set to deliver a $15 million build-to-suit industrial building in the Beaumeade Corporate Park, a flex/industrial park located on Route 28. Merritt Properties has master-planned 535,000 sf--or seven buildings--within this park.
