Hey Brownstoners: I spent the first half of this year trying to figure out how to get my growing family more space while at the same time reducing my monthly outlay. My family and I have been living in a two-bedroom coop on Clinton Ave and wanted to stay in the neighborhood, but we had clearly outgrown our apartment and houses in Clinton Hill are quite expensive as you have seen documented here.
