St. Petersburg's Rick Baker chosen as Mayor of the Year

Rick Baker has been chosen as Mayor of the Year. PINELLAS COUNTY (Bay News 9) -- St. Petersburg Mayor Rick Baker has been honored with a national award. Selected from a field of more than 20,000, Baker was selected as Mayor of the Year by Governing Magazine. The publication's annual award edition recognizes eight public officials of the year.
